החזרות והחלפות

ההחלפות וההחזרות ניתנות לביצוע ללא עלות משלוח למשך 30 יום מעת הרכישה, בתנאי שהמוצר נשמר באריזתו המקורית ולא נעשה בו שימוש. המוצר צריך להיות ללא פגמים שנגרמו עקב שימוש לקוי, אובדן, נפילה, שבר, שריטה, שפשוף, ענידה בזמן רחצה בבריכה/בים, פעילות ספורטיבית, או מגע עם חומרים כימיים, חומרי ניקוי או מוצרים קוסמטיים.

מדיניות החזרים בתקופות חגים: בתקופות חגים (כגון פסח, ראש השנה וכו'), אנו מציעים תקופת החזרות מורחבת של 45 יום עבור רכישות מתנה, כדי להבטיח חוויית רכישה נעימה ובטוחה יותר.

ניקיון והברקת התכשיטים

משחת שיניים: ניתן להניח משחת שיניים שאינה מלבינה על מברשת שיניים רכה או ישנה ולשפשף בעדינות את התכשיט.לשטוף היטב במים פושרים ולייבש עם מטלית רכה.
סודה לשתייה: להשרות את התכשיט בתמיסה של סודה לשתייה ומים חמימים למשך 10 דקות. לשטוף במים פושרים ולנגב בעדינות.
מטלית ייעודית לניקוי כסף: לשפשף בעדינות באמצעות מטלית לניקוי כסף.
מקלחת: ניתן להתקלח עם התכשיטים ולאחר מכן לייבשם היטב.
הברקה מקצועית: ניתן לתאם ניקוי מקצועי בסטודיו שלנו.

אחריות על המוצרים | תיקונים

האחריות תקפה במידה והמוצר נמצא באריזתו המקורית ונעשה בו שימוש סביר וזהיר, תוך שמירה על תנאי השימוש המומלצים. האחריות מכסה פגמים בייצור בלבד ולא תחול במקרים של נזק שנגרם עקב שימוש לא נכון.

תנאי האחריות:

האחריות מכסה מקרים בהם יש פגם בייצור של הפריט.
האחריות אינה תקפה במקרים של שימוש לקוי, אובדן, נפילה, שבר, שריטה או שפשוף.
האחריות אינה חלה במקרים של ענידה בזמן רחצה בבריכה/בים, בזמן פעילות ספורטיבית, או במגע עם חומרים כימיים, חומרי ניקוי, מוצרים קוסמטיים, או במקרים של הזעה מוגברת או חומציות גבוהה בעור.

שירות ניקוי שנתי: אנו מציעים ללקוחותינו שירות ניקוי שנתי מקצועי לתכשיטים, בתיאום מראש. שירות זה מיועד לשמירה על מראה התכשיטים לאורך זמן ומספק חוויית תחזוקה ללא דאגות.

שמירה על התכשיטים

כדי לשמור על התכשיטים לאורך זמן:

יש לאחסן את התכשיטים בשקית או קופסה אטומה כדי להגן עליהם מאוויר ולחות.
יש להימנע ממגע עם חומרים כימיים, כלור, מלח, מי מלח, מוצרים קוסמטיים וחומרי ניקוי.
יש להסיר את התכשיטים בזמן פעילות גופנית או הזעה.
יש לענוד את התכשיטים על עור נקי ויבש.
לאחר מריחת קרם או בושם, יש להמתין לייבוש וספיגה מלאה לפני ענידת התכשיטים.
יש להימנע מהשארת התכשיטים באוויר הפתוח, במיוחד בסביבות לחות כמו חדר האמבטיה.
זכרו לאחסן את התכשיטים בשקית ניילון אטומה או בכלי אטום ויבש אחר.

אנו גאים להשתמש בכסף ממוחזר וידידותי לסביבה ובאריזות ממוחזרות. המותג שלנו שם דגש על אחריות סביבתית ומינימום בזבוז, כדי להבטיח רכישה אקולוגית ומודעת.

Product Warranty | Repairs

The warranty is valid if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used at all for 30 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, repairs are available for your convenience at our studio, with prior arrangements. It is also possible to return the item via courier for an additional fee.

All of this is subject to the following conditions:
The warranty is valid in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, loss, dropping, breakage, scratching, or abrasion.
The warranty covers items with manufacturing defects and does not apply to cases resulting from improper use of the jewelry, such as wearing it while swimming in a pool or sea, during sports activities, or coming into contact with chemicals, cleaning agents, or cosmetic products, or in cases of excessive sweating or high skin acidity.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns can be made with no shipping cost for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, has not been used, worn, or has any defects caused by misuse, loss, dropping, breakage, scratching, abrasion, wearing while swimming in a pool or sea, during sports activities, or contact with chemicals, cleaning agents, or cosmetic products, or in cases of excessive sweating or high skin acidity.

Jewelry Care

Cleaning & Polishing

For optimal care of your jewelry, store it in an airtight bag or box to protect it from air and moisture.
Avoid contact with chemicals, chlorine, salt, seawater, cosmetics, and cleaning agents.
Remove jewelry during physical activity or sweating.
Wear jewelry on clean and dry skin.
After applying lotion or perfume, wait until it dries and is fully absorbed before wearing the jewelry.
Avoid leaving jewelry exposed to open air, especially in humid environments like the bathroom.
Remember to store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or any other airtight and dry container.

Toothpaste
You can apply non-whitening toothpaste to a soft or old toothbrush, ensuring the bristles are worn or soft to avoid scratching the jewelry. Dampen the brush with a little water and gently scrub the jewelry. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Baking Soda
Line a small bowl with aluminum foil, add a heaping tablespoon of baking soda, and pour in warm water. Mix well and soak the jewelry for at least 10 minutes. Afterward, rinse with lukewarm water and gently rub dry with a soft cloth.

Special Silver Cleaning Cloth
Gently rub the jewelry with a designated silver cleaning cloth. This cloth is specifically designed to remove tarnish and polish silver without causing scratches.

Shower

It is recommended to shower with your silver jewelry using water and soap, and afterward, make sure to dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Professional Polishing
You can schedule an appointment to visit our studio or drop off your jewelry at the weekend market, and we will ensure a professional cleaning using a dedicated tumbler at the studio.
This service is available for dirty but undamaged jewelry, and it is valid only for White Nilus jewelry.
Applicable to silver jewelry only.
